Job Title:
Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager
Location:
Garland, TX
Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator and/or Project Manager with experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market. Responsible for estimating, bidding, and managing commercial roofing projects across the DFW region.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Develop material take-offs and labor projections
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Track budgets, schedules, change orders, and job profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, and vendors
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial roofing estimating and/or project management experience in the DFW market
- Experience with commercial projects (industrial, retail, office, warehouses, etc.)
- Multi-family/apartment roofing experience will not be considered
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and local market pricing
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Motivated, growth-oriented, and eager to advance within the industry
