Job Description

• Lead all onsite construction activities for interior and Class A projects
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and site logistics
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures
• Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and inspectors
• Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects on schedule
• Conduct site meetings and provide clear progress updates
• Oversee punch list completion and closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Superintendent - Interiors / Class A should have:

• 8+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Proven background in interior buildouts and Class A office projects
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, inspections, and trade coordination
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
• Leadership style that promotes accountability and teamwork
• OSHA certification preferred
