Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to products, services, or accounts.
- Document customer interactions and update support tickets accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues and ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide product and service information to customers, including guiding them through processes or troubleshooting steps.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in using support ticket systems, email platforms, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- This position is remote and offers flexible working hours within a 40-hour workweek.
- No phone calls are required; support is primarily email-based.
- Training will be conducted remotely.
- Benefits start after two months of employment.
- PTO: 10 days annually, accrued after 30 days of employment.
