Bilingual Store Operations Associate

Join Cube Smart as a Bilingual Store Operations Associate supporting customers at a self storage property. In this front line role, you'll welcome and assist walk in, phone, and online customers, explain storage options, provide accurate unit and pricing information, and complete rentals, payments, and renewals using our property management system. You'll maintain a clean, safe, and secure facility, perform light maintenance and unit checks, and support sales goals through upselling boxes, locks, and protection plans.

You'll work closely with your teammates and leaders, receive training, and build skills in operations, sales, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online in both English and a second language
• Explain storage options, features, and pricing; match customers to appropriate units
• Process rentals, move ins, transfers, and move outs using property management software
• Handle payments, billing questions, and account updates accurately and securely
• Support sales goals by promoting packing supplies, locks, and protection plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe property, office, and storage units
• Perform basic facility walkthroughs, unit checks, and light maintenance tasks
• Monitor site security and follow company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet performance and customer service goals
