As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a bubbly, outgoing Treatment Coordinator with a passion for helping patients achieve their best smiles!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Treatment Coordinator with at least 2 years of dental experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face guiding patients through their treatment plans, helping them understand their options, and ensuring a seamless financial process. If you’re enthusiastic, organized, and love connecting with people, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:
  • Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease during their visit.
  • Present treatment plans clearly and professionally, ensuring patients understand their options and feel confident about their care.
  • Discuss financial arrangements, including insurance benefits and payment options.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding treatment cases to maximize patient care and case acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a smooth patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice, preferably in treatment coordination or a similar role.
  • A bubbly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance plans.
  • Proficiency in dental software systems (experience with [system name, e.g., Open Dental] is a plus).
  • A genuine passion for helping patients and making a difference in their lives.
