Dental Financial Insurance Coordinator
- Endodontic Specialists

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Dental Financial Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, reviewing patient coverage, and serving as a key resource for our team regarding insurance-related questions.

The Insurance Coordinator will help ensure that benefits are accurately verified prior to patient appointments, potential coverage issues are identified in advance. This position will play an important role in supporting accurate billing, improving office efficiency, and creating a smooth and transparent financial experience for our patients.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday
- Friday 7am-4pm

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments
• Maintain accurate patient insurance records within the practice management system
• Respond to insurance inquiries regarding claims and coverage
• Collaborate with front office to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines
• Assist with billing-related tasks and support front desk duties as needed
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and insurance data entry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this role is $18-$24 per hour.
