Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Master's Degree with Texas certification in school counseling Valid Texas teacher certification, preferred Valid Texas Administrator certification, preferred Licensed as a LPC, LPC-S, or LPC-A, preferred
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years of successful school counseling experience, including at least two (2) years at the secondary level Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience in counseling, CCMR, or related district initiatives Experience in comprehensive school counseling across PK-12 settings, including guidance curriculum, individual planning, responsive services, systems support, and graduation planning Experience leading district-wide professional learning, mentoring, or counseling-related committees, preferred
