Pay Grade: 107
Qualifications Education / Certification- Master's Degree with Texas certification in school counseling
- Valid Texas teacher certification, preferred
- Valid Texas Administrator certification, preferred
- Licensed as a LPC, LPC‑S, or LPC‑A, preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful school counseling experience, including at least two (2) years at the secondary level
- Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience in counseling, CCMR, or related district initiatives
- Experience in comprehensive school counseling across PK‑12 settings, including guidance curriculum, individual planning, responsive services, systems support, and graduation planning
- Experience leading district‑wide professional learning, mentoring, or counseling‑related committees, preferred
