The ideal candidate will have a background in estimating for large-scale commercial and industrial projects, with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience. This role involves maintaining relationships with general contractors, preparing estimates, participating in design decisions, and supporting business development efforts.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, along with knowledge of Accubid and design software like AutoCAD or Revit, are required.
