REVIT BIM​/AV Systems Designer

We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for a REVIT BIM/AV Systems Designer to join a leading Company located in the Garland, TX surrounding area.

• Build and maintain Revit models and families for low-voltage, network, and AV system
• sDevelop single-line diagrams, plus riser and one-line diagrams, for network, low-voltage, and AV system
• sModel AV systems — speaker layouts and coverage, TV/display placement and mounting, and AV device and rack layout
• sProduce construction documents from the model — floor plans, device layouts, rack elevations, and cable pathway/conduit routin
• gRun BIM coordination and clash detection (Navisworks / VDC) with the general contractor and other trade
• sSupport AutoCAD 2D drafting and detailing where projects call for it, incorporating engineer markups and redline
• sMaintain BIM/CAD standards, templates, families, and detail libraries so documents stay consistent across project
• sGenerate bills of material and quantities from models to support estimating and procurement
• tTrack time worked, time on task, and ticket and task completion in Zoho tools (primarily Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects
