Senior Estimator - HVAC Mechanical

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Estimator/Project Manager specializing in HVAC Mechanical systems. Located in Garland, TX, this position involves preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, and effectively communicating with team members and clients. The role requires hands‑on oversight of HVAC projects to ensure their successful completion and adherence to specification and quality standards.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical applications
• Strong skills in Cost Management, Budgeting, reading MEP and Project Estimation
• Experience in Division 23, Construction Estimating, particularly within the HVAC industry
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors
• Proven experience in project management, including timeline management and resource planning
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimating software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Relevant certifications, such as PMP or HVAC-related certifications, are a plus
