Controller Accounting Director

This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller Accounting Director based in Garland, TX. The role involves managing accounting operations, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing detailed financial analyses. The Controller Accounting Director will also be responsible for budgeting, strategic financial planning, and overseeing audits while collaborating with leadership to maintain financial health and transparency within the organization.

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in accounting principles, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Experience with financial reporting and audits
• Leadership and team management skills to guide and develop the accounting team
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools
• CPA certification preferred or equivalent experience in accounting/finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with nonprofit financial management is a plus
