Financial Services InternResponsible for supporting the structuring process of financial transactions with internal and external clients, including asset security, complete process documentation, collections, and invoicing. This part‑time internship offers a flexible schedule of 15–20 hours per week. Working hours will be arranged Monday through Friday within company operating hours to support both business needs and academic commitments.

Responsibilities- Customer service and administration, including registration, problem resolution and payment processing
- Actively work with claims and indemnification process where applicable
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Maintain integrity and control of lease contracts while ensuring terms and deal structures meet legal and business requirements
- Serve as primary contact with customers across the US and Canada
- Accurately enter contract data and customer specific requirements into leasing software for proper account maintenance
- Assist in developing step‑by‑step procedures for all critical functions in order to standardize processes and minimize errors
- Draft contractual documents and ensure that final contract documents are accurate and consistent with approvals
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, accounting or a related field
- Graduate or senior undergraduate students preferred
- GPA 3.0 or higher preferred
- Excel proficiency required
- Lease Plus/Aspire leasing software experience preferred
- Power
BI experience preferred - Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to create agents to support process improvements preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Well organized, with a methodical approach to work
- Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated
- Proactive, continuous learner who takes initiative
- Results‑driven, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse clients
- Able to bring creative solutions to the table to improve the financing process
