• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to perform comprehensive financial analysis and build advanced financial models.

• At least five years of financial analysis experience—ideally in the mining or manufacturing sector—and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA preferred.

• Strong analytical thinking and a data‑driven, detail‑oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in financial models, reporting, and insights, with proactive ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting financial insights to management and working constructively with cross‑functional teams.
