Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in budget development, financial analysis, or grant administration
Experience with Oracle (or comparable enterprise financial system), grant budget development, advanced financial analysis skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (G-Suite), preferred Special Knowledge/
Skills:
Knowledge of federal, state, and local grant funding requirements and the grant lifecycle Ability to interpret and apply complex financial guidelines Strong problem-solving skills in financial and budgetary contexts Advanced skills in analyzing financial activities, budget analysis, and preparation Attention to detail and accuracy Organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills
