• Maintain calendar for sales staff
• Contact leads generated by marketing companies
• Confirm consult appointments and provide follow-up communications
• Assist sales staff with consultations and paperwork needed
• Maintain acceptable level of personal production
• Maintain a clean and orderly office and red-light therapy room
• Follow up with existing clients on a daily basis to track progress with program
• Assist existing clients with any questions
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Easily can communicate with owners and clients

Our growing business is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Desk/Admin Assistant to support our Owners, General Manager, and sales team. This role is essential to creating a smooth, welcoming experience for clients while keeping daily operations running efficiently.
