• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, in alignment with established protocols.
• Assess test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibrations on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and uphold our lab's high‑quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

• Hold ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your current certification throughout your tenure with us.
