Our professional caregivers provide safety, comfort & companionship for the elderly and adults who need support. But we do more than make a meal or help with mobility. As a caregivers with First Light, you'll enrich the lives of your clients by helping them have their best day, every day. Your goal will be to improve their quality of life by making everyday activities (ADL's) easier. The work you do wil bring clients joy and help them feel encouraged, involved and valued.

• Provide comfort and companionship to your clients.

• Help with basic housekeeping tasks.

• Help with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

• You've had a job or experience in a position with similar responsibilities (1 year+)
• You are service minded with a desire to help others have their best day.
• It's your nature to be empathetic, kind and trustworthy.
• You are self motivated, decisive and resourceful.
• You are a good listener with excellent communication skills.
• Happiness, laughter and having fun are important to you.

• 1 year minimum caregiving experience
• Must pass a background check & Drug Screening (Swab Test)
• Valid Drivers License & Auto Insurance
