As a Night Auditor
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately reconciling all accounts, including room charges, transactions, and refunds.
- Verifying that financial documentation is complete and supported.
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
- Responding to guests’ needs, requests, and complaints.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Balancing revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day.
- Processing invoices and preparing paychecks.
- Previous night audit or accounting experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
