Location:Remote (Ideally local to Dallas Fort Worth)

Day to Day:- Meeting planning, scheduling, and facilitation
- Deadline management and reminders
- Action item tracking and follow-through
- Program plans, timelines, and dependencies
- Stakeholder coordination (Business Leaders, HRBPs, COEs)
- Risk and issue tracking
- Status reporting and escalation
- Supporting business unit rollout coordination
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator
- Experienced with HR processes
- Technical proficiency with Smartsheets and Outlook office suites
