City of Garland is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to maintain and upgrade desktop hardware and software, diagnose problems, and support migrations and projects as directed. The role focuses on end-user support, asset management, and timely problem resolution.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with IT training and 2–4 years of related experience, plus certifications such as Comp Tia A+ and Windows 7. A valid driver's license is required.
