Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Business Administration, Information Systems/Management, Computer Science, UX Design, Organizational Development, Data/Business Analytics, or equivalent experience OR 5 years with Knowledge Management experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management (any tool), content strategy, intranet management, digital workplace operations, or a related specialist/practitioner role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, metadata, views, permissions, navigation, web parts, and content lifecycle settings.
• Experience with content lifecycle management, governance, audits, review cycles, ownership models, version control, archival, and retirement practices.
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, search fundamentals, information architecture, and content findability.
• Strong communication and proactiveness, facilitation, stakeholder management, organization, prioritization, and customer support skills. They will be training other people as well (once a month).

Added bonus if you have (Preferred):

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Search, or search analytics.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards, UX practices, content design methods, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience working in an enterprise intranet, digital workplace, or large corporate environment with distributed content ownership.
