Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a full-time, experienced and highly motivated Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for our Dallas, TX office.

Manage the full lifecycle of the litigation cases, from initial client intake through trial and post-trial procedures. Experience as a pre-litigation & litigation personal injury law and serve as the primary case manager, ensuring meticulous organization, proactive deadline management, and comprehensive support to our attorneys. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and technical skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Must have handled a case load of at least 100 cases.

• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
• Managing a case load from intake and opening through settlement and closing.
• Contact clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during the course of treatment.
• Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions.
• Interact with insurance carriers and medical providers to secure records and account balances.
• Contact insurance companies to determine coverages and policy limits.

• Experience in Personal Injury Pre-Litigation & Litigation.
• Must have strong work ethic and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have great people skills as the position requires a great deal of client contact.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to prioritize work and work under pressure.
• Must be well organized and detail oriented.
• Must have computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.

Fully onsite. Work in Garland, TX office.
