Salary$61,500.00 – $86,000.00

- Function as a Delivery Driver or Installer/Technician within the specified District or other Districts, as needed.
- Read all e‑mails and respond as necessary in a professional and timely manner.
- Complete installations, tank pulls, tank swaps, service requests, or perform required deliveries via the DCI (Driver Check In).
- Meet required daily and weekly KPIs for delivery, installation, or service activities.
- Inspect vehicle to ensure safety and DOT compliance.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays as needed and flexibility to travel with minimal notice.
- Follow all safety and operational requirements, policies, and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Clean driving record that meets NuCO2’s Safety Point System.
- Mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction processes.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret established SOPs, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Basic knowledge of permitting procedures, where applicable.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

- Strong mechanical ability and basic knowledge of building construction processes (previous experience in plumbing, cable installation, or construction preferred).
- Commercial driving experience: minimum 1 year in a similar vehicle in the past 3 years.
- Supervisor experience: minimum 2 years preferred.
- Must be able to wear all required PPE.
- Must be able to lift 55 pounds and frequently maneuver (pull/push) 56–175 pounds.
- Must be able to occasionally maneuver an appliance dolly with CO₂ tanks weighing up to 750 lbs.
- Ability to climb in and out of truck multiple times a day.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces while reaching over head.
- Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Must be able to work at different height levels.
