Lavon Senior Villas is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the property, including hallways, common areas, and exterior grounds.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
• Ensure all entrances, walkways, and parking areas are clean and free of debris.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down community events or activities.
• Respond courteously to resident requests and inquiries.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a porter, janitorial, or maintenance role is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Position involves working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The Porter will be required to use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
