Salary: $16
We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and detail-oriented Day Porter to join our team. This position will require travel between Frisco, Plano, Allen and McKinney, supporting multiple facilities to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
The ideal candidate will take initiative, manage daily cleaning tasks efficiently, and assist with light maintenance duties as needed. This is a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism across our locations.
Duties- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings, including dusting, sweeping, m, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and break rooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of surfaces.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies throughout the facility.
- Monitor supplies and inventory levels for cleaning products and equipment, reporting needs to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- Skills in facilities maintenance or residential painting are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or prolonged standing.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
