• At least 5 years as a Sr PM managing mission‑critical / data center projects.
• Proven ability to lead technical, large‑scale projects with excellence.

• Prepare and manage project schedules.
• Oversee contract administration, including terms, documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Complete monthly status reports, owner billings, and financial risk assessments.
• Ensure project safety, schedule adherence, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Assist with preconstruction planning and manage the buy‑out process.
• Address constructability issues and ensure seamless project design execution.
• Understand and manage contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds, and change orders.
