Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and drive the successful execution of key deliverables within our client environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing resources—including human, financial, and material—to ensure project commitments are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
As the Project Manager, you will establish project timelines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and deliver regular status updates for senior leadership. You will also serve as a client manager, coach, and mentor, providing strategic guidance and ensuring high-quality execution across all project phases. Additionally, this role includes overseeing the deployment and implementation of our solutions within the client’s environment.
This position is based on site at the client location and requires residency in or near the Garland, Texas, area.

Position Responsibilities- Ensure that the team maintains a focus on quality and continuous delivery.
- Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress.
- Create roadmaps and milestone charts for the project.
- Proactively identify impediments and resolve them appropriately using your network of peers and formal channels, including escalation when necessary.
- Coach the implementation team to enhance collaboration and self‑organization
- Utilize team feedback and metrics (such as quality and delivery) to identify areas for improvement and work with the implementation team to achieve continuous improvement.
- Perform hands‑on project work, including analysis, design and change management, as required by project milestones.
- Manage resource utilization and allocation to ensure all projects have the correct resources assigned with the appropriate skill sets and capacity to deliver a quality product.
- Prepare and deliver effective communication, both verbally and in writing, regarding processes and status updates for internal teams and clients.
- Understand and monitor the scope of work, scheduling, pricing details, assumptions, and project risks.
- Advocate for clients and represent their needs to senior management as appropriate.
- Anticipate, identify, prevent and solve problems as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of information processed as appropriate.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures
- Maintain proper communication with department heads, managers, co‑workers, and customers.
- Exchange information clearly and concisely, presenting ideas, reporting facts, and sharing other relevant information.
- Manage your own workflow and resolve questions and problems with your supervisor.
- Meet attendance standards. Follow safety and security practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Administration, Engineering, Applied Science, or a related discipline
- Current PMP certification (required)
- 5–7 years of work experience in a Project Manager Management role, preferably within a network infrastructure environment and supporting SLED accounts
- Hands‑on experience with MS Project (must have recent, demonstrable use)
- Experience with Cisco products and services
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; knowledge of computer systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and creative thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
- Highly energetic, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
