We are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse expansion in Garland. You will oversee warehouse operations, interview and hire new employees, and train staff according to company standards. You will also focus on ongoing optimization by monitoring individual metrics and making adjustments as needed.

You have proven experience in warehouse management and demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on problem resolution. You can effectively manage operations independently and are highly self-motivated.

• Monitoring and measuring metrics of employees
• Team building and motivating employees to meet productivity goals.
• Operating the warehouse in a safe manner.
• Controlling all aspects of a warehouse including picking, packing, put away, audits etc.
• Training and development of warehouse team.

• Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse management.
• Skilled interpreting data analysis and use of various software including WMS.
• Managing a team but also the physical ability to help with the work.
• Superior organization and time management skills.
