Converted Mini Roll - Operator

The Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring equipment to ensure paper or material is folded accurately, efficiently, and according to production specifications. This role requires attention to quality, safety, and productivity standards.

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines according to production orders
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper folding, stacking, and alignment
• Inspect finished product for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from the machine
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor adjustments as needed
• Complete required production, quality, and downtime documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Communicate issues or concerns to leadership promptly
• Assist with other production tasks assigned

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Exposure to moving equipment
• Inside work
• Humidity may exceed 80%
• Noise may exceed 85 dB+
• Work in temperatures of 100° plus with high humidity for up to 12-hour shifts

• Frequent standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent stooping and squatting
• Occasional bending and twisting
• Occasional stair climbing
• Pushing/pulling 30–50 pounds of force
• Occasional reaching
• Repetitive use of wrist, hands, and fingers
• Frequent use of shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles
• Must follow all safety rules and policies

• Full time
• Shift work: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Overtime expected per business demand

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing preferred
