Maintenance Technician

Randstad is now hiring for a Direct Hire Industrial Maintenance Technician position with one of our valued clients in the manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with competitive pay, great benefits, and room for advancement.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing machinery, welding and fabricating, working with lathes and mills, and interpreting electrical schematics and machine control systems. Ideal candidates will have a mechanical and electrical background and previous experience in a machine repair environment.

Salary: $62,400 - $72,800 per year
Shift: Third
Work Hours: 6 PM - 6 AM
Education: High School

Responsibilities
Industrial Maintenance Technician Required Education, Experience and Qualifications

• High School diploma, or GED equivalent;
  Prior experience in a Machine repair and maintenance Department, or technically oriented position desired.
• Welding/Fabricating.
• Maintenance on CNC machines Lathes, and Mills.
• Understanding of machine control systems, and electrical schematics.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondences.
• Use Office software and enter work orders in our CMMS software.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
