Plant Supervisor – HVAC Components

As a Plant Supervisor at TMI Climate Solutions LLC (a Marmon Holdings company), you will lead daily operations at our new facility in Mesquite, Texas, ensuring production efficiency and a safe, high-performing manufacturing environment.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure production efficiency.
• Direct a team of employees, distributing tasks and ensuring quality of finished product.
• Train team leaders who will manage day-to-day work.
• Manage deadlines and compliance with production standards.
• Organize work according to project schedule and Plant Manager priorities.
• Ensure adequate transmission of information to team leaders.
• Communicate daily objectives and follow up with the whole team.
• Distribute teams according to projects in progress and manage the flexing plan.
• Coordinate materials and information availability for the production line.
• Maintain attendance records and communicate with management for issues or discipline.
• Control quality of work across departments.
• Motivate employees for optimal teamwork.
• Lead by example in health and safety regulations and policies.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes.
• Monitor internal non-conformities.
• Complete production sheets and files (TQC, rework, time waste, inspection, test report, shipping, timecard, training, etc.).
• Report incidents or accidents to Plant Manager and HR.
• Coordinate maintenance & repairs with the maintenance department and Plant Manager.
• Manage 5S, daily maintenance, and work areas to keep them clean and functional.
• Train work teams based on talents and weaknesses to develop staff.
• Evaluate employee performance and motivate staff.
• Manage special projects as required.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
