As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling products such as switchboards and ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. You will use your skills to read blueprints, schematics, and other documentation to build products accurately and efficiently.

Location:

Garland, TX

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 2:30PM-11PM- OT as requested

Pay rate: $20.90

Responsibilities:

• Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to instructions.
• Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.
• Uses various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or defects.
• Team Player:
  Keep jobs on track, report issues, and support your peers, especially during high-demand periods.
• Adaptable:
  Embrace new tasks and challenges as they arise, showcasing your flexibility and dedication.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Assembly experience
• Detail Oriented and consistent
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• Independent and Collaborative:
  Capable of working alone and thriving in a team environment.
• Safety-Conscious:
  Always aware of and engaged in health and safety practices.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English. BG check

Work Environment & Physical Responsibilities:

• Work in a loud production environment with varying temperatures, including some outdoor tasks.
