Shift Timings:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Install and connect hydraulic and mechanical components and systems.
- Mount, hook‑up and connect engines, gear boxes, axles and other power components and units.
- Assemble mounted hydraulic products, including installation and tightening of bolts and hoses per instructions.
- Rigging and lifting components using a crane.
- Maintain cleanliness of the assembly area and perform 5S activities.
- Detect and report defective materials, faulty operation, and unusual conditions to the immediate supervisor.
- Follow prescribed safety regulations and guidelines; identify and report safety risks.
- Maintain work‑related records and reports.
- Perform all required and assigned assembly operations on drilling rigs and equipment following company safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as required or directed.
- Train new hires (occasional, infrequent).
- Complete appropriate paperwork for rejected parts.
- Return non‑required parts to the Warehouse (Return to Stock).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of safe working practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components/systems.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and ERP Systems.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of assembly experience.
- Ability to use and comprehend specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.

Other InformationAll background checks will be evaluated individually based on job requirements. Employment is at‑will. The work environment involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles. Employees are required to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 100 pounds. The role may also require climbing heights of 4–6 feet using ladders and operating powered industrial trucks to reach elevations up to 50 feet.
