Wiring Technician - 1st Shift

Electrical Assembler

Do you have at least 6 months of electrical assembly experience? Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow? A leading power distribution equipment manufacturer is hiring Electrical Assemblers for their 1st shift team.

This company builds custom power distribution systems that support AI data centers, hospitals, and other critical facilities across the country. This is a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for advancement into technical, manufacturing, and leadership roles.

Job Duties:

• Install and wire electrical components, panels, switches, breakers, and control systems
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Test completed assemblies and troubleshoot issues
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Overtime available as needed

Pay:

• $20.00 per hour
• Full benefits package

Requirements:

• 6+ months of electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs
• Reliable transportation required (location is not bus accessible)
