Set up and operate SMT production line equipment for PCB assembly according to work instructions and production schedules;
Load, verify, and replenish components in feeders and trays, ensuring correct part numbers, orientations, and quantities;
Perform basic maintenance and preventive maintenance on SMT equipment to support reliable and efficient operation;
Monitor the SMT line during production to maintain throughput, identify issues, and minimize downtime;
Perform first article inspection and visual inspections to verify component placement, polarity, and solder quality; document production data and quality findings
