Manufacturing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end production of sublimation‑printed playmats in a high‑volume warehouse environment. This role is responsible for managing daily production flow, maintaining equipment, ensuring product quality, and optimizing efficiency across the manufacturing process.

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet demand and fulfillment timelines
• Monitor output quality and enforce production standards
• Maintain sublimation printers, heat presses, and related machinery
• Ensure equipment is operating efficiently to minimize downtime
• Provide training, guidance, and daily direction to production staff
  
  Assist directly in production tasks (pressing, setup, packaging) when needed
• Inspect output regularly for defects, alignment, color accuracy, and finish quality
• Monitor usage of raw materials (fabric, inks, substrates, packaging)

• Experience in manufacturing, print production, or similar production environment
• Familiarity with sublimation printing, heat press operations, or digital printing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Previous experience supervising or training team members
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on warehouse environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage production priorities

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a warehouse production environment
• Hands‑on involvement in pressing, lifting, and moving materials as needed
