Press Break CNC Machine Operator – Mesquite, Texas

Responsible for operating press brake machines (Salvagnini and Ermaksan) to manufacture sheet metal panels, floor components, and sealing parts used in the assembly of custom air handling units (HVAC). Operates with various materials, including galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, while ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes.

• Prepare, adjust, and operate press break machine in accordance with procedures, standards, and requisitions.
• Make machine adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Check accuracy of part dimensions using various gauge types.
• Study drawings and material lists to better identify parts and plan work to be done.
• Program codes and parts.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform tasks while respecting safety rules.
• Identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
• May be called upon to work on other equipment, depending on production needs.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or DVS.
• Relevant experience with a Press Brake Machine. Experience in HVAC is an asset.
• Computer skills: none required.
• Certificates & licenses: none required.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings accurately.
