Production Manager, Production QC/QA
The Production Supervisor is a member of the plant leadership team and plays a key role in providing management and leadership to deliver business results and operational improvements. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day‑to‑day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Train and develop team members
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed
- Address and resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports
- Communicate effectively with management and other departments
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality regulations
- Team leadership

New Hire Base Salary Range
: $77,800.00 – $97,300.00
Bonus
:
This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
