We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and talented professional to join our team in Garland (Texas). The Production Lead – Chemical Manufacturing will support the Production Supervisor and Production Team in accomplishing daily production results within the Making department.

• Lead and execute daily cycle counting activities across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Ensure adherence to the cycle count schedule based on ABC inventory classification.
• Support Production Supervisor in daily production operations and team coordination.
• Execute process training for team members and ensure understanding of SOPs.
• Maintain safe work areas and promote required safe behaviors.
• Ensure proper use of required PPE and safe equipment operation.
• Demonstrate safe entry procedures while operating equipment.
• Follow proper ergonomics procedures including lifting and bending techniques.
• Operate manual lift equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
• Follow work instructions, job aids, and SOPs.
• Complete required production QA documents and production tracking records.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and good documentation practices.
• Verify materials loaded and used on the line meet target quality standards.
• Properly perform rework and reintroduce materials into the process when needed.
• Complete RCA, operating and troubleshooting tasks as trained.
• Support other production areas as directed by Supervisor.
• Participate in Centerline audits, CIL activities, and machine changeovers.
• Demonstrate hands‑on knowledge of defined equipment operations.
• Maintain positive teamwork and follow Plant Code of Conduct and Handbook policies.

• 6+ years of production line or similar manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years of chemical‑related production process experience.
• 3+ years of team leader or similar leadership experience.
• 1+ year of Making Line Team Leader experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
• FIFO System.
• SAP system.
• Quality Windows system.
• Wonderware software.
