Position: Industrial Blending & Mixing Specialist (Adhesives)
Are you precise, fast, and safety‑minded?

Picture this:
You step onto the Hotmelt floor for your 2nd or 3rd shift (with shift differential pay). Your first task—verify the batch ticket. You set up scales, weigh out ingredients to the gram, and load them into the mixer in exactly the right order. Throughout the run, you track the clock and temperature, watch the equipment closely, and keep production and inventory records spotless.

If something looks off, you stop the machine and call it out. By shift end, you’ve helped turn raw materials into reliable adhesive products—and left your area cleaner than you found it.

Your mission

Follow formulas and work orders to determine materials, precise quantities, and process sequence.

Weigh, stage, and transfer materials; maintain drum markings and perpetual inventory using scan guns.

Operate equipment, monitor conditions, and report malfunctions immediately.

Document batch data: weights, product types, dates, and batch numbers; record time and temperature per ticket.

Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step to protect quality.

Cross-train across the entire line and support cleaning of work area, machines, tools, and equipment.

What it takes to succeed

Safety first—PPE always and full compliance with procedures; completion of required safety training.

English reading, writing, and speaking sufficient to follow instructions and log data.

Ability to lift 55 lb bags again and again; stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for an entire 8-hour shift; openness to any shift.

Solid basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).Comfort in a hot, dusty, non-controlled environment while wearing PPE.Reliable transportation and dependability.

Curiosity and initiative to grow—learn Lean Manufacturing techniques and safe forklift operation.

High school diploma or GED.Rewards and support
