IFS INDUSTRIES is seeking precision-minded production operators for the Hotmelt line on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will verify batch tickets, set up scales, weigh materials to the gram, and feed the mixer in exact order while tracking time and temperature per ticket.
Shift differential pay applies; you will log data, inspect at each step, and help sustain clean, safe production and inventory records. Training in Lean manufacturing and forklift operation is provided as you grow.
