Electrical Wiring Assembly

Referral bonus The Wiring Assembly Technician is responsible for a wide range of electrical assembly duties, including wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting sub-assemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment. Perform all assignments within acceptable production and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities Perform wiring of control panels, switch gear, switchboards, and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS). Read and interpret wiring diagrams and work independently to complete assignments. Wire electronic components, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Assemble electrical switchboard equipment. Perform assigned functions from oral and/or written instructions, drawings, and other manufacturing documentation. Inspect and test finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and applicable codes.

Maintain expected production progress and communicate problem areas or parts shortages. Work effectively as part of a team and support production needs, including assigned overtime when required. Comply with scheduled start/stop times and break periods. Perform other duties as assigned.
