You will coach front-line leaders, run 5S, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional projects with manufacturing, packaging, and R&D to drive productivity. Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering preferred; 3-5 years operations;
Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred.
