Lavon Drive Baptist Church in Garland, TX seeks a motivated Student Pastor to lead grades 7–12. The role focuses on spiritual formation, volunteer development, and outreach, with a key emphasis on building a diverse, culturally aware student ministry.
You will recruit and train volunteers, collaborate with parents and church staff, and guide weekly programming including midweek gatherings and bus ministry. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3+ years in student ministry encouraged.
