Overview
Position:
Registered Nurse – RN – Super Pool – Full Time Days at Medical City Dallas. Join our team to provide patient‑centered care and advance your nursing career.

- Use a systematic approach to deliver individualized, goal‑directed nursing care.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of patients.

- Implement nursing care within scope of practice and applicable laws.
- Develop and implement teaching plans to promote health and self‑management.
- Provide education, emotional support and age‑specific care to patients and families.
- Manage care for multiple patients (direct care or delegated to team members).
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing school.
- BSN required within 24 months of hire if hired after 6/1/12.
- Minimum two years critical care (ICU, PCU) experience within the last three years.
- Ability to care for ICU, PCU and Med‑Surg patients as requested.
- Ability to assume charge responsibilities and duties.
- Current RN license in Texas or active Texas Compact License.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
