We need a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse who is committed to growing their talents under the guidance of an amazing Director of Nursing, a supportive Assistant Director of Nursing, and a great clinical staff.

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers.
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional, or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
