Boundless Home Health is seeking a compassionate, independent PRN Home Health RN to provide in-home nursing care, assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families in managing conditions. You will travel to patient homes across Texas, collaborating with LVNs and therapists, documenting in EHRs, and complying with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
RN license in TX and BLS required; 1 year home health experience preferred; flexible schedule and competitive pay offered.
