Registered Nurse - Liver Transplant Clinic

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering primary patient care, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical evaluation.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current Texas Nursing License
• At least 2 years of nursing or medical office experience
• Strong communication skills with sound judgment and discretion

• Provide patient care based on standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and assess disease conditions
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications, monitor patient responses
• Delegate tasks per Nurse Practice Act
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Document assessments and interventions accurately
• Participate in multidisciplinary team efforts to improve care
• Monitor quality assurance data and assist in policy development
• Report issues to the Office Manager and contribute to problem-solving
