• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate with members and adapt to business needs across areas
• Demonstrate knowledge of business on the floor, backroom operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and sanitization; prepare meat products according to established standards
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for real-time business decisions related to production, training, and product quality
• Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain work area per company policies, secure fragile/high-shrink merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored
• Advocate for the department and club, value members' experience, model high quality service and products, execute basics at highest possible quality, and exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work
• Comply with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics and integrity; use Open Door Policy; apply in business processes and practices
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; recommend improvement opportunities and adapt to change
